The New Construction Process

1. Underground / Rough-In
We install all below-slab drain, waste, and vent piping before the foundation is poured. This ensures your plumbing system is properly routed and ready for long-term reliability.

2. Top-Out (Above-Slab Work)
Once framing is complete, we run water supply lines, gas piping, and vent stacks through walls and ceilings. At this stage, we also set tubs and showers that must be installed before drywall.

3. Trim-Out (Fixture Installation)
After drywall and finishes are in place, we return to install sinks, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and all visible plumbing fixtures. This is where your plumbing system comes to life.

4. Testing & Inspections
Every system is pressure-tested, inspected, and approved to meet Florida building codes and ensure safety, durability, and efficiency.

5. Final Walkthrough
We verify that every fixture and appliance works exactly as it should, ensuring your new home’s plumbing system is complete and ready to use from day one.
