S.E. Tradesmen Plumbing & Gas was established in Pensacola in 2022 by Brandon Flowers and Jared Wilson.
The company was created after seeing the same frustrations repeatedly from homeowners, friends, family, contractors, and customers: poor communication, rushed workmanship, inconsistent service, and plumbing companies that placed too much emphasis on selling and not enough on solving problems.
We believed there was a better way.
Instead of building a sales organization that happens to employ plumbers, we set out to build a company around skilled Tradesmen who take pride in their craft.
That philosophy still guides how we operate today.
We invest in experienced plumbers, apprenticeships, training, professional tools, quality control, strong employee benefits, and clear standards for how every job should be handled.
The result is a plumbing company designed to provide dependable service while giving good Tradesmen a place to build a long-term career.

Passing an inspection is important, but our goal is not simply to meet the minimum requirement.
S.E. Tradesmen has its own internal quality-control process designed to identify problems before a job is considered complete.
On applicable projects, our work may receive both the required jurisdictional inspection and an additional internal quality inspection.
Our Tradesmen are also expected to document their work, test completed systems, maintain clean jobsites, and correct issues before the project is closed.
We believe quality should be verified—not assumed.
