Top tier experience with their technician. I had issues with water getting between my tile and prefab shower as a previous resident did not seal the seam properly.

Another estimate told me I needed to gut the shower and see what was underneath. Jaiden got under my house, confirmed there was no subfloor damage, and sealed the area properly - in and out in an hour.

I have had a plumbing problem for over a year. I had some other companies out to try to repar. I paid them a lot of money and could still not use my dish washer - my kitchen sink ( I was washing dishes in a pan and throwing the water out in the back yard), could not flush paper down my commode and was standing in water while I took a shower. I had gotten estimates for the repairs that exceeded $10,000.00 dollars. in desperation I called an old friend in the plumbing business and asked his advise. He told me to call Tradesmen - i did call - Jared came to my house the very next day and checked everything out. He gave me a quote that was less than half of any of the other bids. We made a plan and within two days his team was on the job. they did the work quickly and efficiently in two working days. for the first time in a long while everything in my plumbing is working as it should. They were great.  Called them when T Mobile cut my main water line installing fiber optics in my neighborhood.   Made it out in less than an hour and the technician was great giving me access to document the damage T Mobile did for a claim I was going to file with them. This morning, I awoke to find a broken waterline, resulting in water flooding the driveway, and I anticipated the worst when I reached out to a plumber. Thankfully, a neighbor recommended S.E. Tradesmen Plumbing and Gas, so I decided to give them a call. After my initial contact, I was informed that a technician would be arriving that afternoon. However, Ethean completed a previous job ahead of schedule and reached out to see if he could come sooner. Ethean from SE Tradesman's Plumbing arrived promptly and provided outstanding and professional service. He was punctual and demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the service. I now consider SE Tradesman's Plumbing my go-to plumber for all future projects. The costs involved were explained and I agreed with the amount. Called for an emergency plumbing situation when neither of our toilets would flush and we had standing water in both showers and none of the other 15+ plumbers we called were available for an emergency call. I called S.E. Tradesmen around 6pm and the technician called me about five minutes later to give me a quote for services. It was expensive, but for after hours on a Sunday, I already expected it would be. The technician, Matt, showed up just after 8pm. We've used them for several projects in our home and we wouldn't trust anyone else for our home's plumbing needs. S.E. Tradesmen Plumbing and Mechanical just finished work at my home.  Brandon Flowers and Jarred made it possible for me to have a center drain free standing bathtub and floor faucet.  It required cutting through concrete, moving a 400lb stone bathtub and giving me exactly what I wanted.  I then realized half way through the job, we would need a bigger hot water tank to be able to enjoy this new tub. It was no problem at all for them to be flexible and add on my new request.  S.E. Plumbing was extremely professional, returned all calls and e-mails promptly and most importantly, came when they said they would.  Anyone doing any type of remodeling knows how much of a headache it could be.  We had no issues at all, the work was top notch and the pricing was very fair. Wow where do I begin? I had some pretty extreme plumbing issues and decided to try a local company because they usually tell it to you straight vs some guy that?s worked there two months trying to upsell you and whatnot at a larger company, who don?t seem to care it?s just a job to them. I was not disappointed in the least. Jared called me back pretty fast and we discussed my issues. He showed up day of since it was an emergency and he was outstanding! He told us exactly what was going on, had it fixed in a timely matter, was incredibly professional yet made us laugh at the same time. He?s a really great guy and we be doing all of our business with this company as long as we?re in Pensacola. If you want someone honest and hardworking definitely check out S.E. Did entire plumbing for our home rehab, all new plumbing as home was gutted to the studs!  2 bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen. Timely work, dependable, very professional!
